An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team.
This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

Job Description
How you will make an impact:
Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
Handling customer matters relating to service bookings and enquiries
Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
Current manual drivers license
Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient computer skills
