This is a full-time, permanent role offering a highly attractive salary package including a base salary, commissions, phone allowance, company vehicle, and fuel card.
Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead and inspire a team to cultivate a positive, productive, and engaged work environment
Monitor daily sales, gross profit, and departmental expenses to ensure strong performance
Generate new business opportunities while strengthening lasting relationships with existing clients
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry—you’ve led from the front and know the ropes
Toyota experience preferred however we're open to exceptional candidates with proven experience from any manufacturer
Proven track record of building high-performing teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Financial acumen that goes beyond spreadsheets—you use data to drive results
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients
Tune system experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills come first
