An excellent opportunity is available for a Bookings Clerk to join our team in East Vic Park. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for all incoming Service calls and will direct customers to the appropriate staff member, action all booking requests and address frequently raised service questions and concerns.
This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Description
How you will make an impact:
Receiving and handling service related inbound calls
Actioning incoming service email enquiries and all online bookings
Verifying all customer information for database accuracy
Addressing frequently asked questions and minor service concerns
Recognising opportunities to recommend additional services or products that enhance customer value
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Effective time management and the ability to multi-task
Experience with Tune is desirable.
